Dear Empowerment Squared family,
After 17 unforgettable years as a supporter and staff member with Empowerment Squared and navigating growth and challenges with our community, I am transitioning to prioritize my personal and family life. This decision comes after deep reflection and is guided by a heart full of gratitude for the journey we’ve shared.
Through these years, I have seen the most profound depths of humanity—the struggles, the triumphs, and the resilience that binds us all. These experiences have shaped me, and now, I feel drawn to a period of solitude to gain clarity, perspective, and a deeper understanding of the human spirit.
The Dalai Lama teaches that true change begins within, grounded in compassion. This principle has been at the heart of my work with Empowerment Squared. Together, we have built bridges, empowered voices, and created opportunities for countless individuals. The patience, tenacity, and tireless efforts of this community have turned dreams into reality, proving time and again the power of collective action.
