Community Portal Registration

STEP 1:
Visit the Empowerment Squared Community Portal

Visit Empowerment Squared’s Community Portal.

STEP 2:
Enter Your Information

This account will become your household account to manage program registration for all family members.

Add your name, phone, and email (even if are registering someone else).

If you’re the main contact, check off “Head of Household”.

Create a username and password and save it somewhere safe.

STEP 3:
Add Family Members

Click “Add Household Members” (left-hand side)

  ✅ Add each child or family member to your account that you would like to register for programs

  ✅ Click “Submit” after each one

Important! At this point, you’ve created your account and added your family members in your household. But you’re not registered for any programs yet.

To register for programs, continue to Part 2 – Register for Programs.

STEP 4:
Register for a Program

Click “Programs” in the top menu

✅ Use search or filters to find a program

✅ Click the program to see details and check if the participant meets the requirements

✅ Click “Register Now” or “Waitlist” (if the program is full)

Important! Make sure you select the correct family member (for example: child, parent, sibling). Don’t accidentally register an adult for a kids’ program.

If there is not a program that is of interest, register for “account program”.

STEP 5:
Register More Family Members or for More Programs

At this point you can register for:

– More than one program
– More than one family member
– Or both, all at the same time

To register for multiple programs or multiple family members at once:

✅ Click “Add New Registration”

✅ Find the next program

✅ Click “Register Now”

✅ Select the family member you want to register

✅ Repeat these steps until everyone is registered for all the programs you want.

STEP 6:
Go to Checkout

Visit your Cart and click “Go To Checkout”

✅ Read & accept the waiver (must be reviewed with participant)

✅ Complete all required forms. You will need to complete at least two forms for each participant you are registering. For example, if you are registering 3 participants, you will see at least 6 forms that need completing.

✅ Click: “I Have Completed All Forms”

✅ Then click: “Continue to Checkout” (There is no payment)
