Although Empowerment Squared volunteers and donors are not automatically made members, we encourage all to extend their support by registering for membership with our organization.
Members often participate in monthly meetings and are always the first to receive our latest news and updates. They are also encouraged to participate in the overall governance of Empowerment Squared, by making policy recommendations to the Project Management Team, or nominating, standing for and electing positions in our Board of Governors.
Most of all, members plays an important role in spreading the word about Empowerment Squared in their community, helping to build support for our initiatives and projects.
Although there are set membership fees, we also allow members to donate what they can. However, membership renewals are not required and you can easily change your membership preferences at any time.
